This month we started work on the new Deep MO album, “Funk in the 3rd Quarter”.
We’ve recorded drums on 3 new tracks, if you’ve come to our gigs or workshops you’ll be familiar with Promised Land and a favourite of Yolanda’s “Calling”. The next 3 tracks will be recorded live later in the year with the album planned for completion by September.
We’ve also been working hard on the Groove4dayz Records website which is now up and running. The label was set up for us here at Groove4dayz.com to release some of the music we write and record. Our intention is to release music by other artists and list their albums in our online shop for purchase as downloads and physical CDs. There’s a lot of our previously unreleased music to listen to, so go and check it out
